Enter Providence Professional Plaza, and use the elevators on your left to reach the 3rd floor. Follow signs for Suite 359.

Turn Right onto NE Glisan St.

Turn Right onto NE 49th Ave.

Turn Left at the end of the avenue.

Turn Left into the Parking Entrance.
